Frequently Asked Questions
1. What’s included in the Legacy Membership?
Legacy includes two group coaching calls each month, quarterly business masterminds (Gold Coast location, or online dial-in option), access to a private WhatsApp group, a full learning portal with trainings + session replays, and special discounts to Soul Academy events, retreats, and more.
2. What happens after I apply?
Once you submit your application, Faye will personally review it to ensure energetic alignment. Then she will reach out to arrange your free connection call where you will discuss how Legacy can support you (this is a great time to ask questions, and update Faye on your goals!) If accepted, you’ll receive an email with your contract and direct debit link. Once that’s complete, you’re officially in!
3. Can I access 1:1 support with Faye?
Legacy is a group container, but as a member, you’ll have exclusive access to book a private 1:1 session with Faye each month (not available to the public). These are an additional cost per session and only offered to active Legacy members.
4. Do I have to join the live calls?
Live attendance is encouraged, but all sessions are recorded and uploaded to your Legacy Portal. You can watch the replay at your own pace if you can’t make it live. Currently, the live calls are scheduled for Mondays at 12pm AEST, but this can change (you will be notified in advance).
5. What’s the commitment and cancellation process?
There’s a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you continue month-to-month or cancel anytime by emailing [email protected].
